Our Party Rooms are available for your private group to rent and you may bring in food and drink and any party supplies.
Add the party room or select from our packages.
Party rooms accomodate about 20-25 guests. Party packages include up to 12 players (additional players may be available for additional charge).
Be sure to bring everything you may need.
Check-in time is the start time you select for your appointment.
All of your items must be removed, the party room cleaned and your balance settled no later than your check-out time.
We schedule groups back to back so please be considerate of your reserved time.

Ages
BMAZ activities are designed for a wide age range to enjoy and we adjust the settings and objectives to match the experience and ability of the age group playing.
We recommend parties and groups of ages 7 to adult. While ages 5 and 6 are allowed to play some of our activities, we do not recommend groups of or parties for ages 6 and below.
Consider adding our new preschool room to entertain up to 5 younger guests.
ADULTS are welcome and encouraged to participate. over 25% of our events are ‘adult-only’!
Check-in, Check-out, Early Check-In
Check-in is always the time you selected for your appointment during booking. Your check-in time is listed on your confirmation and reminder emails.
Early check-in option is available during booking and is still the time you select at booking. You will not have access prior to the time you select. Be sure to tell your guests to arive 15-20min after check-in IF you chose early check-in option.
Minors
Do not leave your minors unattended at our location. Our staff has many responsibilities. BMAZ is not a babysitting service. You or an adult of your choosing is responsible for any minors you bring to a BMAZ location, not BMAZ staff.
Party Packages
(1 or 2hr) include use of one of our party rooms and up to 12 players for your choice of one activity played throughout your selected time slot (choose laser tag, gellyball or “active arcade”).
Our EPIC party is 2.5hrs for up to 20 players to try multiple activities and also includes a party room.
Additional players can be added to any party package for an additional fee.
Check-in for reservations, party packages and access to the party room begins at the time you selected to start your appointment. If you need more time, please book additional time and ask your guests to arrive later.
FOOD, DRINK & PARTY SUPPLIES
are allowed in the party room for your party package (or if you reserved a Party Room). Be sure to bring all the accessories you may need. A small freezer is available for your use during your reserved party room time.
Remove all items that you brought and clean up the party room no later than your check-out time. A cleaning fee will be added to your bill for leaving a mess or staying past your selected time slot. See “cleaning requirements” below for details.
The party room (if reserved or included in your package) is your private space. Please do not overflow into the hallways or use other spaces for your party activties. Food, drinks and personal items must remain in the party room. Do not interfere with other guests’ ability to use the public spaces.
Outside Drinks are allowed anytime. A limited selection of beverages is also available for purchase.

Outside Drinks are allowed anytime. A limited selection of beverages is also available for purchase.

Check-in begins promptly at your selected start time. Your party host will end all play and remind you to clean up and load out during the last 10 minutes of your appointment. Please clean up and settle your balance no later than your check-out time.
Check-In time is the time you selected for your apointment during booking. You may choose to add “early check-in” and your check-in time will still be the time you selected. Be sure to tell your guests to arrive 15-20min later.
Cleaning Requirements (Party Room)
Cleaning requirements: wipe tables & chairs and sweep the floor, cleaning up any mess or spills with the provided wipes and broom/dustpan by the end of your reserved time.
Please clean up any mess made by your group in the hallways, restrooms or other areas. We will empty the trash cans.
Alternatively, you may add “Cleaning done for you” option to your reservation, and we will clean up the party room for you, just remove all personal your items by the end of your reserved time.

Payment
PAYMENT for party packages is usually settled at the end of your event by cash, or card. A credit card or deposit may be required when you book online to hold your spot. Please bring a payment method for the balance.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards as well as our own gift cards or prepaid play cards.
Private Access, After hours, Large Groups
Private Access events as well as after-hours and large groups are available. Contact us to discuss.
Our facility allows up to 45 people at a time.
Ask about our special rates for groups like schools, churches etc that bring groups during the week.

Cancellations & Reschedule Requests
Please use the link on your confirmation email Cancellations and reschedule requests must be received through our Square booking engine no less than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time. With less than 48hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation, no-show or reschedule fee of at least $99.
Our facility allows up to 45 people at a time.

About the Activities
While many of our activities allow for players as young as 5, we recommend partys and group appointments for ages 7 and up. A couple of younger players will probably be fine, however this lcoation is not ideal for a group of players ages 6 and under.
Waivers are required for all players and may be completed online in advance through our website. Waivers are valid for the calendar year.
Gel Battles – (GellyBall) 1 Game = 2x 3min rounds. Played in the main arena with up to 12 players at a time. If you have additional players, they will rotate and take turns. Optional upgrade to unlimited ammo available. Players ages 5+. Groups of ages 7+
Laser Tag – 6-8min with varying difficulty and objectives by age group. Played in the main arena with up to 12 players at a time. If you have additional players, they will rotate and take turns. Players ages 5+. (players 5/6 may struggler with the equipment). Groups of ages 7+
VR Games – 12-15min. Played in “booth mode” in the VR Room with up to 3 players at a time. We have the ability to add 1-2 additional players as overflow depending on what else is happening in the facility. If you have additional players, they will rotate and take turns. Players ages 8+. Groups of ages 8+
Sword Battles – 2x3min rounds. Played in the main arena with up to 8 players at a time. If you have additional players, they will rotate and take turns. Players and groups ages 7+
VR Escape Rooms – 40-60min. Played in “booth mode” with up to 6 players at a time. Our VR Room hosts 3 at a time and we have the ability to add up to 3 additional players for a total of up to 6 VR Escape Room Players depending on what else is happening in the facility. Players ages 8+
Foam Axe Throwing – Played at one of the 2 Axe lanes with up to 6 players per lane. If you have additional players, they will rotate and take turns. Players ages 5+. Groups of ages 7+
Laser Maze (coming soon) – Played 1-2 players at a time in our escape room. If you have additional players, they will rotate and take turns. Players ages 5+. Groups of ages 7+
Active Arcade Bundle – The “active arcade” is a group of our games combined into a party package and includes: Foam Axe Throwing, Laser Maze and either VR Games (ages 8/+) OR our young player games (ages 7/-)
