Optional Bunkers / Obstacles

We believe in tailoring every event to your needs, which is why bunkers and obstacles are now an optional add-on. This approach gives you the freedom to customize your play space while keeping costs manageable.

• Save Money: Use natural or existing obstacles in your space, such as trees, furniture, or playground equipment, to create an engaging play environment.
  
• Faster Setup: By skipping bunker setup, our team spends less time in your way, giving you more freedom to enjoy your event without delays. If you’re using a rented space, this also means less time spent paying for setup, so you can maximize your budget on the fun and the time spent with your guests.
• Get Creative: Unleash your creativity! Use items like tables, hay bales, or other available materials to design a unique and personalized play space for your event.

Recommendation: To ensure the most exciting and strategic gameplay, we recommend aiming for two hiding spots or obstacles per player. Natural features like trees or creative setups using furniture can add to the thrill of the game.

Virtual Reality

Step into a whole new world with our immersive virtual reality games and escape rooms! Players work together in the same game, solving puzzles or tackling action-packed adventures. Designed for ages 8 and up, our VR experiences add a dynamic twist to any gathering. With seamless setup and expert support, we make it easy to dive into the fun. Guests love the excitement our VR games bring to their events. Book now for an unforgettable experience!

Included with every rental:

• Up to 6 VR Headsets with Controllers
• Library of Games or Escape Roooms*
• BMAZ Game Commander A dedicated team member to assist players as needed.

BMAZ VR requires space to play. Large, open, unobstructed spaces (20’x20′) allow for an amazing free-roam experience where all players share the same physical space, while smaller spaces or areas with structural obstacles allow for immersive booth-mode play. Either way, your players are in the same game or escape room to see and interact together.

Please provide as much notice as possible, generally at least 2 weeks. Note that due to limitations of our booking system you will see immediate availability. We will accommodate any requests that we can but we usually need more notice for mobile events.

Activities & Age Guidelines

BMAZ activities are recommended for ages 7+  While ages 5-6 can join in on some activities, we do not recommend our activities for groups of primarily younger children.

Waivers required (valid for the calendar year, must be completed online).

Activity Breakdown:

• Laser Tag – Each game is 6-8min (Ages 5+ | Groups 7+)
• GellyBall – Each game is 6min ea with 1 hopper of ammo per player (700 gels) included (Ages 5+ | Groups 7+)
• VR Games – Each game is 12-15 min, 3 (possibly 6) players at a time (Ages 8+)
• VR Escape Rooms – Up to 60 min, 6 players max (Ages 8+)
• Mini Golf – Up to 9 holes  (Ages 5+ | Groups 7+)

💳 Payment & Policies

✔ Deposit/Credit Card required at booking
✔ Balance due at check-out (Cash, Credit/Debit, Gift Card).

🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling  at least 48+ hours in advance using your confirmation email link. Late cancellations/no-shows may incur a fee.
