BMAZ makes fundraising actually fun — no cookie dough, no car washes, no awkward door-knocking.
Just laser tag, GellyBall, VR, mobile mini golf and a whole lot of smiles — all while giving back to your community.

💥 How It Works

It’s simple — your group picks a date (or weekend), we provide the fun, and together we raise funds for your cause!

1. Pick a Day (or a Week)
   You choose the day, weekend, or week that fits best for your group or campaign.
   We’ll dedicate that time period as your official Fundraiser Event.

2. Promote It Like Crazy
   The more people who show up, the more money you raise.
   You spread the word through social media, emails, flyers, text blasts — whatever works!
   (We’ll even share a few graphics and ideas to help you out.)

3. Play for a Cause
   Guests just come play — laser tag, GellyBall, VR, whatever’s running that day — and a portion of all sales goes straight to your organization.
   Typically 20% of total activity sales are donated!

4. Collect & Celebrate
   We’ll tally everything up and send your group’s proceeds shortly after the event.
   Easy, fun, and everyone wins!

🚚 Fundraisers at Our Place or Yours

Whether your group is local or a bit farther away, we’ve got options:

• At BMAZ – Host your fundraiser at our indoor adventure zone! We handle all the logistics and fun — your team just promotes the date and shows up to celebrate.

• Mobile Events – Too far to come to us? We can bring the action to you! Laser tag or GellyBall fundraisers can be set up right at your school, gym, or field.

For mobile events, your group should have a few volunteers on site to help collect donations or assist players.
We’ll handle all gameplay, setup, and operations.

🎯 Revenue Share Fundraiser

We donate 20% of all BMAZ play sales during your fundraiser period.
You focus on getting people through the door (or to your mobile event), and we handle the rest.

🎯 Flat-Rate Fundraiser

Prefer more control? Your organization pays a discounted flat rate (often covered by a sponsor or donor), and you set your own pricing for players. You keep 100% of the profits (beyond our flat fee).
