Promotion Period

The BMAZ Dream Cruise Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins immediately upon announcement and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the posted closing date.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of BMAZ are not eligible to win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit www.bmaz.fun and complete the entry form. One (1) free entry per person through the online form. Additional entries may be earned through designated tasks as described on the entry form. No purchase necessary. An entry from a purchase has the same chance of being selected as a free entry.

Participants may also receive bonus entries when they purchase gift cards online using the applicable code and play at BMAZ during the Promotion Period. To receive a bonus entry without making such a purchase, participants may mail a handwritten postcard with their name, address, phone number, and email (must match the information used to register and enter through the website) to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received at least ten (10) business days before the drawing date (as required for processing). Limit one mail-in submission per postcard. Each valid postcard will be counted as one (1) bonus entry. Late entries will not be accepted or considered.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a cruise package with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to $2,000 for up to four (4) travelers, subject to availability. All cruise arrangements must be made through a travel agency selected by BMAZ. Other necessary travel arrangements may be made by either the winner or the selected travel agent and are not included in the prize package.

The prize covers base cruise fare, up to the stated maximum value of the grand prize. Winner and guests may be responsible for all additional costs, including but not limited to: port taxes and fees, gratuities, excursions, specialty dining, insurance, and other incidental expenses, as well as travel to/from the port.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual except at BMAZ’s sole discretion.

Winner and guests assume all risks associated with travel and participation in cruise or other activities.

No substitutions or cash redemptions will be permitted, except that BMAZ reserves the right to substitute a different trip, travel credit, or prize of equal or greater value if the cruise is unavailable or otherwise impractical to award.

BMAZ reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if participation levels are insufficient to justify awarding the prize.

If the selected cruise is less than $2,000, the difference will not be awarded. If the desired cruise exceeds the prize value, winner must pay the difference.

Winner Selection & Notification

The drawing will occur within a reasonable time after the Promotion Period ends. One (1) winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds depend on total number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) business days. Failure to respond, provide required documents, or complete booking within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (where lawful) prior to receiving the prize.

General Terms

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and all terms and conditions stated herein. Information collected from participants is subject to BMAZ’s Privacy Policy, available at www.bmaz.fun.

Participants further agree to:

• Release and hold harmless BMAZ and the designated travel agency from any liability, claims, or damages related to participation, acceptance, or use of the prize.

• Accept that neither BMAZ nor the travel agency is responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, or issues arising from the cruise line, ports, airlines, or any third party.

• Assume responsibility for obtaining required travel documents (e.g., passport) and complying with cruise line policies.

• Allow BMAZ to use winner’s name, likeness, and/or city/state for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law, with winner’s consent.

Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Terminate

BMAZ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, shorten, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, insufficient participation, or other causes beyond its control that impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

This includes, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, travel disruptions, or other events beyond BMAZ’s reasonable control.

In the event of termination, BMAZ may, at its discretion, select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to termination or cancel the award entirely.

BMAZ reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, attempts to gain unfair advantage through automated or fraudulent means, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

Legal Notice

This Promotion is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of North Carolina. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis through binding arbitration or mediation in North Carolina under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, at BMAZ’s sole discretion. Participants waive any right to bring or participate in a lawsuit, class action, or other collective proceeding.

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. If required by law, BMAZ may issue a Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize.

Winner must book travel within twelve (12) months of award notification or prize will be forfeited.

BMAZ is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, delayed, or corrupted entries due to technical errors, website failures, internet interruptions, email filtering, server issues, or any other technical malfunction.

BMAZ is not responsible for typographical errors, clerical mistakes, or inadvertent omissions in these rules or related promotional materials. In the event of any discrepancy, the version posted on the official webpage shall govern.
