Our Adventure Cards (e-gift cards) offer flexibility and fun, but there are a few guidelines to keep in mind. Here are some common questions and answers to help you make the most of your gift card.
Where can I use my Adventure card?
E-gift cards can be used at our indoor location in Whittier for activities, attractions, party packages, as well as appointments and walk-in play. They are also valid payment for our private mobile events in western North Carolina.
Can I use Adventure Cards at public mobile events?
No, gift cards / Adventure Cards cannot be used for walk-up play at public mobile events such as fairs, where we charge a nominal fee to participate.
Are Adventure cards valid for retail purchases?
Adventure / e-gift cards can be used for certain retail items like toys, shirts, and equipment, provided the majority of the card is spent on play, activities, or attractions. Please contact us with any questions.
Is there a discount for purchasing Adventure Cards / e-gift cards?
For our Cruise Vacation promotion, use the special code provided after registering for free to save on e-gift cards.
Do gift cards expire?
Important Information About Credits & Offers
BMAZ occasionally provides gift cards, seasonal credits, special offers, and other promotional values (“Offers”) for our guests. All Offers are for entertainment use only and carry no cash value. Offers may only be used for the activities or admission types listed and cannot be applied toward parties, group packages, merchandise, or other promotions unless specifically stated.
Some Offers—such as holiday credits, fundraiser bonuses, or school promotions—may be limited to one per guest per day and require each guest to show their own copy at check-in. Offers are valid only during the dates shown and only at the locations listed. Expired or altered versions cannot be accepted.
Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or special pricing. Lost or duplicated Offers may not be honored. Online appointments may be required for certain Offers, and space is subject to availability. BMAZ may update or discontinue Offers at any time. Full details for any specific Offer will be listed on the Offer itself.
